Wow, that second link was from last year. You must have really been digging. "Dawn" was one I wanted to put up but I held off since Video Cellar wasn't sure, but that's just my way of doing things. I'm not sure if it's a non-US film and I don't remember if it had any notice or not. If it is a non-US film, it may be GATT whether or not it has a notice. If it's an American film and it has no notice or an invalid notice, it should be ok. But it does look like the screenplay is copyright, so you may the underlying rights to contend with.

Imdb shows three country (USA, Egypt and Italy). According to Imdb the film was released first in the US, so even if it is considered a foreign film it wouldn't be eligible for Gatt. However your right, there might be issues with the screenplay.

Well, use your instinct. If you have no doubts, go for it. As someone who lives horror and sci fi, I'd love to see more creature features here in the Archive whether they're good or lousy, I don't care. And thanks again for putting up that copy of "Curse of the Swamp Creature" (that was you, wasn't it?)
